Sir, I had buy karbonn mobile Titanium S2 from Flipkart on October 2013 with one year warranty. Due to some problem in mobile I had given it at service center AXE Communication, Faridabad for service dated 26-07-2014. They had said me that your mobile will be sent to company and return to you within 15 days. After 15 days I went to service center and further they said me that your mobile is not return back from company. Till date they did not return my mobile. I had tried to contact directly at service center as well as Karbonn Company through mobile, but there is no response from company. I am very much disappointed & harassed. Please help me. Thank you very much.
