Dear sir

I had first inquired for my claim on your claim Hub-mro on phone number 0222200694.I spoke to Milind Sohani at 12.30 pm. He told me to ring after their Lunch time. He could give me information about my file number and said your claim is rejected to know the reason you have to call after lunch time.
Again I called at 3pm for the reason for my claim rejection. I was told since the Manager r Hemanth Shah direct number 022-24620375 and r Shrikanth are on leave there is no responsible person to give the information for my claim rejection. I was told to call on Monday. This is my story uptill now. I will narrate the rest on Monday.
I todays world there is nothing like customer rights. The New India Assurance Company Ltd does not feel it is their responsibility to inform customer if the claim is rejected.They say the claim is rejected on March 2012 but today is June 29 2012. Till todays date they have not intimated me about my claim rejection nor the reason after I calling them.
If a person is on leave I have to wait for months for till he resumes work. This same thing had happened when my file was at Ratnagiri. I was always hearing that the officers areon leave whenever I use to call at Ratnagiri for my file status

Please look into the matter personally to give me justice.

Dear K V Pathak

I had called your Insurance Claim department phone number 02222020694. I had spoken to M r Milind Sohani who gave me my file number as 5/302266 . I was suprised to hear that my claim is rejected on march 2012 . He did not give me any reson for rejection of my file.
I still on todays date have no intimation from New India Assurance company regarding my rejection of my claim. I still cannot understand I what way things are going. I must be atleast informed if my claim is rejected. Till todays day I have not a single correspondance from your side about my claim.

Please look into the matter any give me intimation of why my claim is rejected on what ground .
