3rd Class Service

i am regular customer of Airtel since 2016 but approx. 7 months I face Network & Connectivity Problem so many time I complain to customer care & on Twitter but no one response me. Now I am tired for Solution now a days Airtel send me 1680 Rs. bill of 2 months. But however I am not use any types of services due to Airtel. I am facing many difficulty about his network & connectivity if Airtel not provide any solution then why not clear to me? now a day bills are increasing plz tell me honestly for Servicing which you Provided.
Sir during the lockdown period I am not getting my work due to Airtel.
3rd Class service Provider in India. Please Save me From Airtel.
