In continuation of my last dated mail on 01.07.12 (complain ID – 535769)
It is already passed 96 hours but no one from your end contacted me regarding my said problem
which is as usual. In such bad service do not expect I am going to pay any money for this
connection usage. Moreover, I came to know today that, each & every Photon+ holders are
enjoying 2 month free service from the date of purchase. Then why it is 1 month for me ????
Your urgent intervention on the same is highly required, as this problem has been continuing
for last 45 days…..
