i purchased Wifi data card Reliance Pro 3 , from KAY ASSOCIATES , Shop no 18, Rajmahal chs , 35 mv road. andher east, & now im experiencing horrible expreince of being cheated & worst customer care service. Actually reliance communication has no customer care facility. i bought the data card on 16 / 3 / 2015, even after 5 days the card is not working.
After 2 visits to gallery from where i purchased this so called Data Card its still dead. im posting this complaint bcuz i dont want other people to get cheated by this worst telecom company.
there is no service nothing its just cheating & nothing else so beware.
