I had received a message from Tata Docomo about the 3G internet plan of 3GB, 3G internet in Rs.351. I recharged and got only 1.5 GB internet. on contacting customer care executive told me that I will get the remaining after finishing this 1.5 GB. Now that I have completed my 1.5 GB, the company deducted Rs. 85 from my main balance and yet I havnt received the remaining data pack. Also the customer care executive Dyanesh Dhumal, Aakash Shah and Taufiq did not give me satisfactory answers instead they disconnected my call without prior notice.
They are now not even receiving my call. I need my 1.5 GB data and RS. 85 refund from the company. Its been 5 days since I am contacting the customer care but no response.
