3G data card mis-selling by vodafone store

Name of company/service: vodafone

I have taken a 3g data card and connection from yamunanagar (haryana)vodafone store. I working in hissar but belong to yamunanagar. i personaly visited in vodafone store for there 3G data card. and asked him about covrage area (hisar, sirsa and fatehabad), they assured me their 3G service is available all over haryana including these area. but when i visited sirsa and fatehabad i found there is no 3G service available of vodafone.
i talk to the yamuna nagar vodafone store (9813999951). they replied sorry but our 3g service is not there available.i have taken a Rs.750 plan for monthly postpaid bill.
i have call there customer care and mail to there website but no response. there saying only sorry. i stop using the data and i have to purchased a new idea data card on urgent basis.
Yamuna nagar vodafone store person not picking up my call from my number 9215530670. and now today they barred my number number 9215530670.

vodafone data card number is 8818010670.

kindly help me out they mis-sell and now the want me to pay the bill.
