Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a reliance customer with the number 9015950402. I recharged my same mobile number with 1500 rupees on 11th May 2013, as per the plans I should had 13 GB 3G data for 3 months but I got only 1GB data. Now i contacting the customer care but they are not helping and all just disconnecting the call so I directly mailed to the company. Below is the details of my mail and the reply I got from Reliance but They have not solved my problem yet.
Hi,
My name is Neeraj and using 9015950402. I use this number as a modem on my mobile and use to recharge with 1500 for 12GB data for 3 months ( now 10 additional if recharged online) . I recharged my mobile on 11th May 2013 at 01 AM and in morning I found my 3G balance left only 1GB. How can it be possible I used all the data in night while 3G was not working and its still not working till the time I wrote this mail.
Kindly look into the matter, no body is helping as contacted 4-5 times on customer care and visited 3 Reliance store in Noida.
