Name of company/service: Cadbury Dairy Milk

As advertised by Dairy Milk for their product “Cadbury Dairy Milk Shots”, stating that “2 rupaye mein do laddoo.” I was provided with a pack that contained only one of the said confectionary instead of two. Since, i had bought it in bulk, i couldn’t have checked them all. I want to know why such an error occurred? Are they trying to save costs by providing us only half the product for the full price?
