3 weeks old Phone submitted at servicing centre for last 21days and not receiving any updates from the company.

I got a Motorola Defy Plus phone on April 25th. After 10 days only, i started getting lots of software and hardware issue on Phone. Finally, i submitted the phone at the Service centre on May 21st. Till date they are not giving any updates. When i call the Customer care, they keep on telling me to wait for 1 more week. And today it is already 21 days, and they don’e even bother to answer my queries. I paid 15000 Rupees for this phone. Now, i can’t even afford a new one.
