3-G FACILITY OFFER COMPLAINT ON NEW MOBILE PURCHASE

Sir,
I have purchased a new Samsung Mobile model no. s-5302 ,IMEI no.352989052150836 from Aneja Mobile Ghar, Delhi road Rohtak-124001.I have told that there wiill be one year waranty on phone and a pack of 3-G internet will be free for six months@ 1-GB per month but 3-G facility is not available in Rohtak (haryana)on Reliance Network.But salesman assured me for this facility in Haryana.I am facing so many problems due not having 3G facility on my Mobile. Without this facility My phone and offer are useless. this is a money loss for me.I want proper Justice through Consumer Court.Thanks.
