I had booked Ola cab on 22nd Oct 2014 for 2.45 PM , the cab driver reached to my locality at around 2.15 PM but still he was unable to take first right then first left as per as I guide him to come to my house.
I was trying to call him but he is not picking my call.
One time driver picks my call, I ask him where he is and then I told him wait there only I am coming there in just 2 mins. But when I reached there he was not there.
I call approx 30 times to Ola cab call center and they people said that with in 2 mins or 3 mins driver will reach to my house but he can’t.
Finally at 3.15 PM driver picks my call and said that cab got cancelled. Then I again call customer care and they assign me a new cab but that cab also got cancelled without my knowlwdge.. same thing was happend with 3 cabs..
At last at 3.55 PM one cab came and I put my luggage in that cab then suddenly that driver was saying that this cab is also cancelled.I call customer care and they are saying no that cab is not cancelled but driver saying that it is cancelled and I can’t start my trip.I requested with the driver that plz drop me I have to catch my flight but he refuses and again waste 20 mins in taking with ola customer care executive. After that also driver said to me that I will not give your luggage untill you gave me money for this trip.But Ola cab customer care executive told me that Sir you don’t have to pay any thing,we will deduct it from your Ola money account becasue I already have 2300 Rs in my Ola money account.Finally I agrees to pay cash money to drive then only he started that trip but the time was 4.05.
So at last I reached airport at 4.40 and missed my flight.
This all behavior is really not appreciated . I have all the messages, recorded call, emails etc and I have to bear flight ticket of more than 7000 Rs from my pocket.
