I am a member of Kinghts Gym in Vashi Sec 28. I had paid rs 10,000 in March 2012 for one year membership. However, in April i learnt that iam pregnant and as per doctor’s order i had to discontinue my gymming. When i contacted them, they agreed to extend my membership and rejoin after my delivery.

I rejoined them in April 2013 till June 2013. But now for personal reasons i am unable to go to the gym. Nowhere in the reciept of Knight’s gym its mentioned that a refund is not possible. When i spoke to the Gym owner, he was very rude and passed lewd comments over the phone. Did not use profanity.

I have the reciept with me as a proof that the rules and regulations do not say anything about not giving refund if one has to discontinue the membership. I feel cheated and also the owner harrassed me by passing inappropriate comments. Please help.
