I bought a 5 in 1 Air Cum Sofa Bed from Vantage Enterprises,Mumbai dated 08/04/2013. They said it has 2 years manufacturer warranty. But now I am facing air leakage problem with the product. I have called a many times on the number given in invoice but they are not lifting the phones. They also did not provide me the same product as mentioned in the website. They mentioned in website that they provide travelers bag and Puncher Kit with product and on the confirmation call by the merchant regarding the product before delivery, he promised me to give a 3500/- rupees worth hair dryer set for free with the product. I have only received the Air Cum Sofa Bed and a air filler with it. I don’t need the product to be serviced or replaced because the product they delivered is not right and i know that i will face the same problem again in future. I want my money back.

    I bought an instyler from M/s Vantage Enterprises. Pls beware of they are frauds. First they talk you into buying the product and once you recieve the same and call them for any complaints and queries on warranty and stuff they simply refuse to answer and hang up. Yes, they donot include bumpets as promised on their blog which says ,

    Items included:

    Instyler rotating iron
    Carrying Pouch
    Styling Comb
    Owner’s Manual
    DVD
    Additional Items:
    Bumpets

    the guy simply refuses to accept. His number is 9920983789. Pls dont get duped by this man and his so called company.TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

    I am manish krishna giri and I brought roti maker online from vantage enterprise,tinwala building,tribhuvan rd ,opera house mumbai-400004 but when i cheak it after delivery there is break in it and then when i contact it his number is unreachable .It is a fraud company.

    I placed an order for airsofa. Today I received the order.As per your advertisement I hadn’t received repair kit and carrying bag.REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.My order no.is EBSCB824.

    I have them at night if I had a few days bullet magic name mixer order. If they got it, they said followed 400 charges will be charge another day if I had a cell phone to cancell ordera them busy having had it from chourier boy call me with is brought order COD you got a cell phone if I night I from them till sent company the same mobile no.9920983789 darmana trouble began midnight 1.30 to 2.00 a.m. by phone and talked dirty language.

    Purchased sofa cum bed ,
    but received damaged piece.
    initially 1 portion is not working but now all three portions are damaged .
