I had purchased HCL ME Y2 TABLET on 20 august 2012.
IN SEPT 2012 I had found problem in touch of my tablet and I make it exchange with new one Sr No. – 512EDR002804
In JAN 2013 my tablet touch panel got cracked (complaint ID – 8501976983) and I got it repaired after 2 month (on 19 FEB 2013) with charges of 3000/- from R.V. Solution, Dombivali (HCL service centre)
In 27 FEB 2013 again got touch problem with red spot in my tablet and I submitted it to mobile point, thane (complaint ID -8502373482) on 1 march 2013
Now your service centre again demanding charges for service and saying this not our role and talk to HCL.
Almost one and half month goes over but no call and response from your side. This shows poor quality of HCL.
