Name of company/service: Sony Xperia

I am from Bangalore. I handed over my XPERIA SOLA(red) at the service centre Bangalore as there was touch screen problem. They said that they would notify me in 5-7days regarding the status and would give it back within 10 days. Its been 3 weeks, and I haven’t received even a SINGLE call from them regarding the status. They haven’t even given a spare phone for use till repaired. All they say is shipment delay from sweden.
This clearly shows bad service and also lack of interest in resolving customer grievances!!!

    Hi, Even i am having the same problem. I too have an xperia sola bought in june 2012, and for the second time in 8 months my phone has stopped working. As said by you and in the same way with me, for the second time for last 1 month i am getting no response from the people in service centre and my phone is with them from 7th of March 2013 till date .

    I see some other posts as well in this forum from Sony Xperia Sola users . If we together raise a voice , maybe we can bring a change.
