Plot 2022,2024,Nayapalli,Unit 8,BBSR 751 012,Odisha(Near DAV School Nayapalli)
belongs to Late Mr.H.N.Mukherjee who left behind 2 daughters & 4 sons.But the 4 sons made settlement over the plots by stating that Late Mr.H.N.Mukherjee has no daughters for depriving their legitimate shares over the properties.They even sold their property of Puri Ramchandisahi fradulantly .For the last ten years the sons are first tried to promote & develop over the land through M/s Chaturvuj Construction Of BBSR but I,Monidipa Kali ,elder sister, thwarted their evil design by going to state legal authority & BDA.But,later they tried to sale the land to a Developer & snatch the right of me over the properties by coercive manner but which was not fulfilled from legal angle
though I requested them to correct the land documents but till the do not oblige.I brought these wrong doings over the plots to BDA,BMC,G.A.Land Dept, Women Commission,Human Right Comm.,CIC, for their notice for required steps to desists the brothers further wrong doing over the plots.
