I am facing problem with tata photon net connection.

On dated 30th July there were a discussion with Tata photon customer care. due to some issue in bill it was decided that only 1000rupees will be paid and after that there will no any pending amount in my account. it was also confirmed that next bill will genrate on 9sept-12 only.the matter was in wrriten mails.

now tata is genrate the bill also for aug-12. where it were cleared that next bill will genrate on 30th sept only.

Also i was paying extra amount from last 6 months because i was using 950@5gb plan. where plan has changed in market 650@5gb.

Tata team not informed me for there plan change intead of informing they were charging me regularly 950 rupees.

Please support me in this matter
