Vodafone is deactivate my itemised bill service since last few month without any notification.

Vodafone is lie about redemption about Security deposit 250.

1) At the time of postpaid subscription, they said i can redeem my security deposit after 180 days service ( also agree in email). but after few conversation, they are saying. Security deposit will be back only at the time of deactivation.

2)they gave me personal offer of free itemised bill service since OCT’08.
Now they are saying. I have to pay 49 Rs. and also they stop this serive automatically.without any notification.
