19 rupees recharge

Dear sir/madam….i have recharged rs 19 rupees on online recharge of airtel on 5th june 2014 .as per the on line date it has to give 15 days 1 paisa call.. but the service provider is taking 1.2 paisa per second .. when i am calling to service provider he is saying that 19 rupees will give you the 300 mb data, and you have used it …. i am not yet used it .. i told now also it is showing online 1 paisa call, they are not agreeing it.. i requested for escalation mail id .. they are given [email protected] still the mail is bouncing … here iam giving the screen shot for the same ..almost 70 rupees gone for extra charge..

when i am recharging 55 rupees it will gives 3 months 1 paisa tariff.. even i have not got the message from starting onwards .. for that also i have complainted several times .. simply they said we are sended.. even on 4th onwards they charged 1 rupee after 5 th they charged 1.2 paisa after my recharge .. they wonder is i got a message from airtel first time stating that “””your current special tariff will be expire tomorrow ! to continue with existing tariff benifiton your airtel mobile recharge with rs55 and enjoy the benefit!!”””…on 10th june 2014…

totally the service provider is misguiding usss.. please do the needful..
