I am using reliance for more than an year with number 8100730508. My bill amount used to be 800 approx which was changed to 1200 INR from Jan 2013.

On discussion with Customer care found that the plan for on an offer valid for 1 yr and so now i have to pay normal rates which 1200 INR. I requested for different plan as my usage is very low.

On 22nd January they provided me a new Number 8443036617 with a new plan of Rs 750. The sales person asked me wait till new number is activated and then raise a complain to deactivate the old number. Once the new number is activated someone will call and inform me.

On 6th Feb came to know both the numbers are activated and i am charged for both the numbers.

On 7th Feb called customer care and requested to de-activate both the numbers ticket numbers 197807568 and 197809940.

On 25th Feb paid both the bills for 2050 INR and called to customer care to find the status. 197807568 was not yet processed and no body was bale to explain why and 197809940 number was deactivated and to my surprise again reactivated without my confirmation on 19th Feb 2013.

PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT PAYING ANYMORE FOR RELIANCE NUMBERS AND
