I AM VIVEK SONEL AND MY NO. IS 8305261186.I HAVE A ISSUE REGARDING DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT RS. 5.00 ON 23.02.2013 AND RS.3 ON 25.02.2013 I TRY TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND EVERY TIME THEY GIVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT YOU HAVE OPEN A CHARGEABLE SITE AND CLICK ON LINK OR DOWNLOAD THE CHARGEABLE LINK.
BUT THE REALITY IS THAT BOTH TIME I HAVEN’T OPENED ANY SITE .
THEY HAVE DONE THIS TYPE OF FRAUD PREVIOUS ALSO BUT AT THAT TIME THEY HAD ASSURED ME THIS WILL REPEAT IN FUTURE BUT CONTINUOUSLY THEY ARE DEDUCTING AMOUNT BY STARTING NEW SERVICES TO MY NUMBER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TO SOLVE THIS MATTER AND FILE A CASE ON RELIANCE MOBILE.
