Dear sir,
I was a tikona customer to my bad luck and my user ID is 1106622987. I have taken the connection in June-2012.
Surprised to its poor service, I have requested for disconnection in 15th October 2012,as i wasn’t receiving any internet connection since past one month.i filled a request for dissconection by calling tikona customer care. I have paid the last month bill amount as well. I used to make the payment online. I have done the payment in the same way even in the month of .
Later, I have got a few calls from the tikona that there is an outstanding amount. After a few days,(on 20th Oct 2012, I guess) one of their representatives has called me and given the reference number (1-2472235373) and told me that this is my deactivation complaint number.
From 4 months after the disconnection request (today)I have got a call from tikona’s legal department threatening that they would file a legal case if I don’t pay rs. 1400/- Immediately. I am very much surprised at it because I was under the impression that it is closed as per the e-mail reply and there were no e-mails/ Calls later.
I have requested tikona sending them so many e-mails to look into this issue, but couldn’t get a reply. But, the legal department of the tikona is harassing me that they would file a case against me. And When I asked the Advocate to give his id number, he started hesitating and changed the topic, there only I knew it that its such a fake company and they can cross their limit when it comes to torture the customers. Even after paying the bill on time they’re doing this and because of them I am loosing plenty of my time and getting mentally disturbed by these people.
I have lost my peace of mind, was abused, lost so much of my valuable time. I would like to request you to take a legal action against the tikona digital networks. And Please take strict action, cause like me there are hundreds of same customers who are suffering from their torture.
