i booked a honda activa on 08-12-2012 paying an upfront cheque of rs 63000 in the name of Aayushi motors in the Aayushi motors showroom in SK Stone, Mira road nd was assured delivery in 2 days. however it has been a month now and I am still waiting. every day with constant follow up with the owners my ajay and Mr bharat shah i am told i would receive a phone call replying the status in 45 mins – 1 hr which never happens. i was also told to tae any bike of my choice till i get honda activa. wonder hat! i am now told that honda is launching new models of active in yr 2013 and that they ae taing back all old models from the- dealers since they dont want to sell old models. such a bull shitt excuse. why will a company roll up its old stocks when they are launching new rather than selling that off at, if required lesser price. i find this policy of honda as really stonishing and unique. also when being out of patience i contact the dealer to cancel my deal and withdray my money he states the papers have been given to honda along with payment and they are waiting a delivery. they would deliver within a week, if not then i can caim a money back. on the delivery still didnt happen after waiting a month and now i get a call at 11 pm at noght stating it will be delivered surely on next monday, if not i will be paid back in cash. RIDICULOUS SERVICE SERVED WITH A GOOD BEHAVIOR. i assume how would they survive their business for long. If anyone from Honda ever reads this column please contact me at the earliest for a quick feedback sharing. I am very unhappy with my deal about honda with this dealer.
