Case Summary – As discussed with customer care executive, I have sent the written copy to nearest bank on 3rd of Jan 2013 for stop smart pay payment for my LIC premium.
Apart from this I have requested to the customer care executive to raise a ticket and Please inform the respective team so that this can be stopped.
I have called up to the customer care executive more than 5 times for the confirmation of the ticket He / She told me that it will be stopped 24hrs.
On 12th Of Jan 2013 I have received confirmation SMS as my payment has been done.
On 13th of Jan 2013 I have received confirmation SMS for deactivation of smart pay facility.
I have to surrender the LIC Policy this month and the surrender value will be less 30% of total payment done and this payment will be considered for this.
Who will be responsible for this loss. I will not pay this amount to the bank.
