Hi,

I had a TATA DOCOMO INTERNET PENDRIVE, in 2012 which I had disconnected due to regular problem, and it is not working one month , i gave the complaint and they changed the pendrive after a month, so i disconected. after that they keep on sending the bills, now unanimous caller was Mr. Rahul Mehta (8459057226)who called us at 3 PM and said i am from delhi civil court,case department, he gave one lower no.(Phone#9650661989) ask him wihtin 10 minuts or your case will go to your nearest police station , then it will be a problem to you, so call immidiatly to the lower like that amount of outstanding to be paid by 4.30 PM else they would file a case in court. Now I get a call from choudry(Contact #+919910465313) asking me to contact Mr.Mehta else they will start proceedings against me. Why has TATA decided on this opportune moment to give me an hour notice and then drag me to court.
is there really he is working in delhi court? is there the court employee not having any work otherthan thretning me?
or this is the right way to collect the ubnormol billing amount?
is there any case i can file on this peoples
please guide me
