I bought an iBall Aura 3 in the month of august. Within a month the headset stopped working. I did not bother. Again after another month or two the battery of the phone was broken & stopped working. It took about a month for them to change it. Again in the month of December 2012 the phone completely stops working. As soon I put in the battery its starts vibrating for ever . Now I am without a phone and they are not doing anything for it . Hoping your kind co-operation. Thank you.
