My name is Suman Dey Sarkar, bought a two wheeler i.e Bajaj Pulser 135ls from Suprava Auto centre, kolkata on 15th August 2012 with full cash payment,but till date i haven’t received my smart card. I try to communicate with the seller but they did not give me the proper information apart from taking unnecessary time.My vehicle number: WB 01AA 1719 and can contact me in my mobile 9831735954.

Therefore, I request you to take some necessary action against them and help me in getting smart card.
