in our college “excel polytechnic college” the students are suffering against the unusual fine are collected on the mechanical department. actually 4th and 6th semester class starting date announce by DOT (Director of Technical Education) on 28th November 2012. but the college authority was start the class on 19th November onwards… the students are comming the class on 28th November… college authority tell that those who not attend the class on 19th November. the will be add fine 500/day… in mechanical department (poly) has the most fine collect..more than 2 lakh. this all are the planning of HOD (mech). he is heavly punish and disturbing students..many complaint are given to principal against HOD but no ressponds..so that cause we decide to contact with consumer forum.. we belive that we get a good replay..thank you
