Sir,
8 days ago my balance was cut from my no and when i tried to have a word with customer care executive hardly i manage a word with him and he assured me to refund my balance but till now its not like that.
Again I call to customer care no but i was not able to talk with them because line is not getting connected.
They are not having right to cut my balance if i am not using services. So please refund all my amount and disconnect the service which is not activated by me.
Again and again these companies activate any service as they wish and charge to the people. Sir people dont have time to
call them again and again and for solving their problem so you should take some strong steps against these companies so people can use their services smoothly.
