Once again continously not working since last one week, Firday July 6, 2012. Although I had disruptions in between as well, but now I am not able to connect at all. I have already called up customer care several times and every time they assure of quick resolution. The work is still under progress under the complaint logged on June 11.

Please take this as a request for my Full money back and disconnection as now I am not able to even connect to customer care.

This is evident from below mail that Internet has not worked, however I used it for couple of weeks. Tikona can deduct the money for 15 days. Service has never been disruption free as against the promised made.

I would like to get my refund sooner, no later than a week, as Disconnection requests has been made earlier as well.

This is pathetic and harassing, if not closed, am sorry I would have to take it to an agency.
Now the Connection has been disconnected. But money is not refunded.
