Dear Sir,
I have purchase a mobile from Afrah Mobiles pvt limited- The No.1 Online Mobile Shopping Store in Chennai, India on 29/10/2012 .My account also shows order status ready to shipping since the last 4 days. I have tried all the Customer Care Numbers given on the website but most are temporarily out of service and the rest no reply. Also send mails 3 times on [email protected] , but did not get any response reply. I have paid through credit card. My payment has been deducted. Please help me. i finally found out a mobile no of director .09884021211. He does not pick up. i have sent him sms but does not reply.My order no. is 498920.Please help me.
