have bought hp g62103 tu from a hp dealer with serial no.5CD2312CYT.I have registered for redemption process to extend 2 year warranty @ Rs.1700.I have sent each & every required Document with the cheque of Rs.1700.
The amount has been widrawed from my account but Still now even after 45 days , i haven’ t got a single message or call. My redemption code is 5141936.
Please kindly do something. Either extend the warranty or return my money & contact me as soon as possible.
