88RS FROM MY MAIN BALANCE WERE DEDUCTED WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THEY REPLIED BY SYING SOME LATE NIGHT MASTI PACK HAS BEEN ACTIVATED THAT TOO AUTOMATICALLY SO WHEN I ASKED TO REFUND THE DEBITED AMOUNT THEY REFUSED “THE LATE NIGHT MASTI PACK WAS NOT ACTIVATED BY ME” IF YOU EXECUTIVES WILL TREAT THE CUSTOMERS IN THIS WAY THERE IS NO NEED OF GIVING ADS ON TELEVISION ABOUT THE GOOD RESPONSES FROM THE EXECUTIVES TO THE CUSTOMERS EVEN AFTER ALL THIS IF THE DEBITED AMOUNT WILL NOT BE CREDITED THE FROD MUST BE TAKEN TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES IAM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS BEHAVIOUR
