Dear Sir,

I had ordered a “Xelectron GSM SIM Calling Tablet WS777” through naaptol.com by telephone. I inquired about the product whether the tablet body is Plastic or metallic; the executive confirmed that the making of tablet body is metallic material. But when I checked the courier after receiving I found that the body of tablet is fiber.
The tablet quality is so cheap that it looks like a toy. Also when I switched on the tablet, it got heated after 10 minutes only. I haven’t received Invoice copy and any warranty paper also.
Kindly refund my money as the product is not the same as I saw in the website and also not the same as the information provided by naaptol.com executive. I already had a telephonic conversation with the naaptol.com executive and he ensured that he will give a confirmation call within 48 hrs. regarding money refund.

Kindly refund the money as early as possible or else I will take a legal action and file a complaint against the company at consumer forum.
