Dear Sir,

I Rohith Nambiar, residing in Goa, had purchased a puppy from a dealer in Delhi. The details of the dealer are as follows-
Verma Kennel, Address: House No 102 Gali No-6 Pushta No – 5, Bhanjan
Pura 110053, New Delhi. The dog was delivered to me on the 20th of
July. However as promised the registration of the dog has not been
carried out. The payment for the dog and the registration has already
been made to the dealer.The payment was made to Mr Ramesh Kumar
SBI a/c No 10782988482 on the 17th of July. His contact no 08447844760.

The dealer has been avoiding my calls last one month and is
giving me false update about the registration.
