i am a tikona broadband consumer, and i am facing a lot of problem like i am unable to use internet since 1 week than i called tikona customer care many timer and they replied that their engineer will come with in 24 hrs and resolve the connection problem but no body had came till 1 week than later 1 week a engineer came and resolved the problem but when he gone from our home i found that my tikona internet connection is very slow than i again complained the tikona customer care for resolve the issue and they said a tikona engineer will come or ur problem will solved in 24 hrs but it has been pased more than 50 hrs and my problem have not been solved.
Respective Sir/Mam, please take a action against tikona broadband. Cause i am facing this problem more than 10 days.
