Sir,
I bought a Nokia mobile phone C2-03 in september 2011. The phone was working satisfactorily till late when suddenly its touch screen functions stoppend working.
Since the phone was still under warranty, i took the phone to Nokia Care center for repairs.
After initial checkups I was told that due to non availability of spares it would take approx.12-15 days. but the same was not mentioned in the Job-card issued to me. After 5 days i received a call on my land-line informing that the period of repair is extended and it would take another 15 days for replacement of faulty part.
In-spite of approaching Nokia Care Center (NRI Communications, Lajpat Nagar II) staff no satisfactory reply was given and the staff behaved very rudely.
The company must provide prompt services and not harass the customers.
Request look into the matter and provide solution for the mentioned problem and oblige.
