Sir i have purchased a new airtel sim bearing slno-899153201600021s1924H2 and number 8018710300 for 15-20 days back and submitted my all documentary proof and phot to the retailer. suddenly the call was bared two days back i noticed and informed the retailer, distributor. but all in vein, the sim was rejected flashing message sim registration failed. i informed the customer care regarding the issue the forcing me to bye a duplicate sim. why i have to again purchase a duplicate if i have purchased it recently with full documentary proof. again they say to purchase and resubmit document. It is totally monopoly of the company or i doubt they misuse the with the documents to the innocent customer causing harassment. Matter to be investigated and suitable solution requested.
