Name of company/service: Tikona broadband

i submitted a request for disconnection of my internet connection to the tikona broadband service company on 14th march 2012. i have not used the tikona broadband service since april 2012.
still i get calls that i have not paid my bills. Around a month back i received a call from a man who said he is a advocate in delhi consumer court and tikona has filed a complaint against me for not paying bills. i explained him everything that i have mailed so many times to tikona but they did not disconnect my internet connection but he still asked me to pay the bills and said he will make sure that the amount is refunded to me. i paid the bills but today again i received call from tikona that i have not paid my bills. now i am trying to call this advocate but his number is not in service. he said his name was dharmveer choudhari.

please guide me with this.
