This is inform you that I have booked the connection in the month of February my BP NO is 4000316702, I have given the chq of Rs 6000/- also but till now nobody has come from your side to do the fittings its been so long and when I call your customer care they say that sir within a week your connection will get started and our technical team will call you in 2-3 days but I haven’t receive any phone call yet, I am purchasing LPG cylinders for Rs1000/- which is quite expensive . so you are requested to do the needful as soon as possible .its been more than 120 days and I am mailing the senior peoples for more than 10 days but still also they are not giving me any positive response stil they are saying that it wil bee soon .and after mailing thrice they mail me once is this a way to respond there cutomer I am not begging them I have already submit the money .
