An envelop of letter booked at Bani Park Br of First Flight for Poornima Engg College,Sitapura i.e.Jaipur local on dt 09/08/12, has not been delivered till 14/08/12. I had been assured for next day delivery i.e. on 10/08/12.
The envelop was containing important documents.
Till date there has been no phone call from First Flight regarding any problem in delivery nor the envelop has been returned to me.
