i am using aircel(750391418)from last few years.
i have activated full DND service on 5th dec 2010 vid ref no I75981193932.
today i got 2 calls from IDEA customer care center at4.43 pm and 5.32 pm from the number 9540823999( name of the caller was sachin chauhan). when i told him about my DND he became rude to me and hung up. Aircel doesnt seem to be interested in my complaint as the call was from idea.
idea says u have aircel so talk to them.
i think i am eligible for compensation as per rules of TRAI.
please help.
