I opted for a 100bestbuy contest where it was clearly mentioned that we need to pay Rs 699/- to be a part for the contest. If you do not win, then the money is 100% refundable. Now looking at the list of products, any one would opt for one which I did. The contest date is gone, now communication from the company. Then I searched for their email ID and sent an email to all the available email ids including CEO. Guess what, till date not even a auto email response has been received.
Now the trick is, they ask you to pay for a contest which never takes place and then put your money in their online account so that you can buy something else from their website. Which is a forceful sale. To top it up, when I tried to buy a product so that I can recover my money, they do not give the option to use the credit which is in your account. This must be happening on a very large scale before the company wraps up everything. I would like to raise a complaint regarding the same as it is a fraud and cheating case.
