10 DOUBLE EXTRA DATA BALANCE DEDUCTION

I am recarged data balance of aircel.but when my browsing session remain close 1638 kb but aircel deduct the balance 22 MB from my data account.I also Contact aircel customer care at 14/05/2016 at 10.17 am.bu they didn’t do anything.jowever they also blamed on me that i told them wrong and they can’t resolve it.please do needful as first as you can.It’s a very great problem to me i can’t use my data.for that i face a bit prblem on my professional sector so please do needful
