I, Dr. Satyam Kumar Gupta, booked a total of 6 items for packaging and moving through SAI LOGISTICS PACKERS & MOVERS (SHOP NO. 8, HANUMAN MARKET, HAROLA, SECTOR-5, NOIDA) from Greater Noida to Bangalore. This booking was confirmed (telephonically with a person on 09718255138) before 06-07-2014 on a total payment of 7000/-. On 06-07-2014, two persons (name of one person is Raju, 09560314643) came to me and collected 6 items (1 refrigerator, 4 boxes, 1 bed mattress). I asked Raju and Ishwar (09718255138) about how many days it will take to deliver the item. They told it will be delivered by 11 or 12-07-2014. They also told me that the item will be delivered from door (in Greater Noida) to door (in Bangalore). The booking was fixed against a total payment of 7000/-. I also asked 09718255138 about payment of money in instalments (some amount in the beginning and remaining in last). He (09718255138) told me that he is fine with payment in two instalments. At the time of item collection, I was told by 09718255138 to pay 2200/- (remaining balance 7000-2200 = 4800/-). I also started for Bangalore on 07-07-2014. In train, I got a phone call from 09718255138 asking about transferring the remaining money to his account. After reaching Bangalore I communicated 09718255138 regarding money transfer. He told me that I have to pay some extra money (service tax or something like that). I told him that our deal was fixed for a total of 7000/- and if any extra charge was there why did not you told me earlier? He told me that for online transfer and instalment extra charges are there. I again asked him that why did not you informed these things earlier, I could have paid all money at a time. Then he (09718255138) started telling that the money is not very high, you just pay a total of 7800/- (an extra of 800/-). I paid 5600/- (2200/- paid by cash in the begining) via online transfer to this account- A.c. 5015624399-8; Name- Ram Dinesh; Branch- Karnal; Bank- ALLAHABAD BANK; I. F. S. C. Code- ALLA0211947; Barnch.code- 211947. This account detail was shared by 09718255138 on my contact number 09971922243 via sms. I also started doubting about genuine working functionality of 09718255138 & SAI LOGISTICS PACKERS & MOVERS. I also started doubting about late delivery or damage to my house hold items. Motivated by these distrustful thinking and unpredictable demands from 09718255138, I started recording our telephonic conversations on my phone.
I did not receive my items till 15-07-2014 (three days late from the date told by 09718255138 and Raju). I communicated 09718255138 and asked about delivery of items, he told me that the vehicle carrying items had been stopped in Aurangabad due to some issues. First he told me that it will take some 2-3 days for items to get delivered, then he gave me 19 or 20-07-2014 as item delivery date. I again communicated 09718255138 about items. This time he told me that items will be delivered to my address by 21-07-2014. I again called him (09718255138) on 21-07-2014, he gave me 09311147554 to communicate. 09311147554 informed me that item will reach Bangalore on 21-07-2014 night and will be delivered on 22-07-2014. I called 09311147554 on 22-07-2014, he gave me 09342988135 (Satbeer) to contact for delivery. I called 09342988135 (Satbeer), he told me that items have reached to Bangalore godown and it cannot be delivered to my address. I communicated 09718255138 and told him this issue, he told me that he will communicate Satbeer and inform me. I again called him (09718255138) in the evening of 22-07-2014, he told me items will reach in the evening of 22-07-2014. I communicated Satbeer and 09718255138 few more times in the evening of 22-07-2014. Satbeer was telling me to communicate 09718255138 and 09718255138 was telling me to communicate Satbeer.
In my last conversation with 09718255138, he was telling me to find out expenditure for transport within Bangalore from godown to my address. He was also telling me to arrange for it and the amount of expenditure will be transferred to my account later on. I am not in condition to believe him. Kindly help me in getting my household items to my address in Bangalore. I also request you to take necessary action against SAI LOGISTICS PACKERS & MOVERS.
