Government decided to provide 1% interest subsidy to home loan upto 10 lakh in 2009 and provided the cost of the house does not exceed Rs20 lakh”. The same 1% interest subsidy to home loan continued in this financial year with home loan upto 15 lakh provided the cost of house does not exceed Rs. 25 lakh. I am entitled to get this 1% interest subsidy since 2010, but till date I am deprived of this subsidy .
So I request you to calculate subsidy amount for the financial year 2010-2011 and financial year 2011-2012 and credit that amount to my home loan account. For running financial year (2012-13) please adjust my EMI accordingly.
