Wrong material delivered

Dear Sir,

I have purchased “Polyester bed linen set: 1 No.” through online from a website www.fashionandyou.com. When I got delivery of that product then I found wrong item in it, it was a “Chhota bheem T shirt”. I mailed each and every detail at [email protected] and also talked to customer care service almost 10-12 times but haven’t got any proper response from them. Whenever I call them they assure me for reverse pick up within 24 hours but till date no body has come to pick up the wrong material and till date they didn’t refund me money against wrong delivery item. My reverse pick up was supposed to done on 3rd July 2012 but today is 23rd July, and till date I didn’t get any positive response from them.

My order No. is 2056537, dated: 23/06/2012.

I use to buy lots of items from this site but now I am losing my trust on this.

Please take some action in favor of me. I want my money back which I have paid for “polyster bed linen set”
