wrong deduction of balance

i have been a loyal customer of bsnl for the last 6 years.my faith in the company has been seriously eroded.this has happened earlier also.an amount of rs 15 has been deducted in the last 15 days without any reason.this is so wrong.my no. Is 9451355770
