n reference to my original complaint , my washing machine is being totaly distrubed by your technician sumit and niravbhai are are not aware of exact problem .i have called them for more then 25 times in last 6 months and has changed all parts but still they are not able to set cycle and everytime charge something for installation. i am not happy with your product and your service team and finally i got book new samsung washing machine today and i have deleted myself from godrej customer list. If you feel that you care for your customer then pls take initiative and send some head technician who is aware of repairing your washing machine and get me clear all my problems free of cost as it is still in warranty period and contract . they have opened my machine so many times that all they are not able to stop leakages and not able to set cycle of machine even after changing motor, belt and got me changed body at extra cost. now they are saying that drum got damage and you change tube for drum to stop leakage and clear cycle of machine. Pls go through my complains in last 6 months and they are not able to give proper solution and everytime comes with some new problem.
