n reference to my original complaint , my washing machine is being totaly distrubed by your technician sumit and niravbhai are are not aware of exact problem .i have called them for more then 25 times in last 6 months and has changed all parts but still they are not able to set cycle and everytime charge something for installation.

i am not happy with your product and your service team and finally i got book new samsung washing machine  today and i have deleted myself from godrej customer list.

If you feel that you care for your customer then pls take initiative and send some head technician who is aware of repairing your washing machine and get me clear all my problems free of cost as it is still in warranty period and contract .

they have opened my machine so many times that all they are not able to stop leakages and not able to set cycle of machine even after changing motor, belt and got me changed body at extra cost.

now they are saying that drum got damage and you change tube for drum to stop leakage and clear cycle of machine.

Pls go through my complains in last 6 months and they are not able to give proper solution and everytime comes with some new problem.

This is my last letter to you regarding your product and if you really take customer care then arrange solution for it or let me know then i would through it in scrap and forget about your products.

    we are very much sorry to inform you that we have launched complain since last 45 days and we are not getting positive response or approch from customer care then can i know what is the meaning of customer care .

    my complain no. is 795808 for godrej refrigerator and complain has been registered this complain at  customer care  office telephone no. 66060606 and they have forward to micro care services service center , and were sending the person who was not able to identifiy problem for 15 days and created new problem in machine for which part is not available with company and are waiting since last 7 days to receive from their main office to install it which is not at all convincing.

    They are not intrested in solving the complain to satisfy customer by getting it replace with service machine or take out part required from fresh machine from their godown and are not able to clear the complain.

    we request you to kindly take action against the problem and get it resolve by today itself.
